Our most abundant housing option, suite style halls, offers a balance between independence and convenience. With bathrooms shared only by roommates suites provide more privacy than traditional college-style rooms.

Suite Style Rooms in Atala Hall 

A typical suite style room is double-occupancy with two students sharing the room. Each suite style room includes a private bathroom.

Typical Suite Size

  • Approximately 145 square feet
  • Most bedroom area dimensions are 11'7" x 12'7" (does not include closet, hall, or bathroom)

Room Features

  • Provided furniture per resident includes:
    • A twin XL bed (Bed Raising Information)
    • A dresser
  • A chair and desk 
  • One built-in closet per resident (measures approx. 4'10" wide)
  • Each suite style room includes a bathroom with a toilet, shower and in-room sink
  • Bathrooms are cleaned bi-weekly and toilet paper and shower curtain liner are provided
  • Each room has a window 

Hall Amenities 

  • 6th floor features a full kitchen with a lounge (and breathtaking views!) 
  • Laundry room conveniently located on the 2nd floor 
  • Lounges on every floor
  • Ethernet connection in-room and WiFi throughout the building
