Overview
We will offer suite and apartment style housing on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus starting in Fall 2024! There will be something for everyone.
Suite Style
Our most abundant housing option, suite-style rooms, will offer a balance between independence and convenience. With bathrooms shared only by roommates, suites will provide more privacy than traditional college-style rooms. Suite-style bathrooms will be cleaned once every other week by custodial staff.

Double Suite
Apartment Style
Apartments will allow the greatest opportunity for independent living. Apartments offer more privacy and are a great choice for older students and those who find it easy to seek out community involvement opportunities. Apartments will be available with single-occupancy bedrooms. Apartment-style bathrooms will be cleaned once a semester by custodial staff.
