Digital Learning

Sarasota InEd Digital Learning Studios

Leveraging the use of digital tools and technology, InEd Digital Learning Studios, Sarasota-Manatee, can partner with you to create engaging digital content to improve student learning outcomes in blended and fully online courses.

Faculty production room

The Faculty Production Room provides everything faculty need to create custom content including videos, demonstrations and narrated presentations. Fully-equipped workstations on both PC and Mac platforms come complete with cameras, microphones, and lighting, allowing an array of digital content creation — all with the convenience of a Digital Learning expert ready to assist as needed.

To book time in the Faculty Production Room, please visit our Bookings Calendar to reserve your time.

Lightboard

The Lightboard is available to use while recording online lectures. The Lightboard is similar to a whiteboard, but is instead glass. When recording, a person writes towards the viewers with neon markers. The glass, neon markers, and lighting allow for a more modern, creative take on video lectures. Contact your Learning Designer to find out whether the Lightboard is a good option for your online lectures.

Location

The Faculty Production Room is located at the USF Research Annex, VKC120, 6321 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243.  Parking and the entrance to the studio are on the side of the annex facing Downey Road. Click here for a Google Map locator.

Digital Video Studio

The Digital Video Studio is a full production studio dedicated to producing custom, course-based educational media. Contact your Learning Designer for more information about creating original digital content for your online course. The studio is located in VKC122.
