Overview
As the living room of the Sarasota-Manatee campus, it is our purpose and desire to help students find connections at the University. The 2nd floor is home to multiple Student Success departments where students can get involved and find their fit within campus life.
Dean of Students Office
The University of South Florida Dean of Students (DOS) office at the Sarasota-Manatee campus promotes individual responsibility, inclusiveness, civility, and respect within the USF community.
New Student Experiences
The Department of New Student Experiences is designed to support incoming and current first year, transfer, and international students as well as their families and guests from the beginning of their journey at the University until graduation. The department includes Orientation, Parent & Family Experience, and New Student Connections.
Office of Student Engagement
Our Office of Student Engagement provides co-curricular experiences for students on campus and understands the uniqueness of each individual student. As a Bull at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus, you have the opportunity to meet new people, volunteer with nonprofit organizations, play sports, join or create a student organization and a whole lot more.
Student Business Services
The Student Business Services team manages the Activity & Service Fee on behalf of the student body and assists funded entities in utilizing their allocations.
Student Government
Student Government at the Sarasota-Manatee campus gives students the chance to assume a leadership role on campus and to participate in the planning and implementation of major campus events.
USF World
Located on the first floor, near the game room, USF World is the bug for all things global at the Sarasota-Manatee campus.
