Market Your Event in the CSC
Campus departments and student organizations may request to feature advertisements for events, opportunities, and services on the internal monitors located throughout the Campus Student Center.
Campus Student Center Marketing Request Guidelines
- Digital information must pertain to a campus event or service at the university. Non-USF activities will not be approved for display.
- All requests for advertisements to be included on the internal monitors must be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance of the first date shown
- All advertisement and marketing will be shown on the internal monitors for a maximum of two weeks
- All digital materials must be created by the student organization or campus department and should follow the following brand guidelines. All submissions are subject to approval by the Campus Student Center team.
- Designs should be created as 4096 x 2160 pixels or 1920 x 1080 pixels at a resolution of 72 dpi and submitted as a static (JPEG)(PNG) file or motion/video is no sound (MP4). Landscape layout is required.
- Events that will be occurring in the Campus Student Center will automatically be included on the internal monitor located behind the Information Desk
