Reciprocity

With all campuses now using the virtual parking permit system, standard USF Sarasota-Manatee permits are valid at both USF Tampa and USF St. Petersburg. Printed permits are no longer necessary at USF parking lots. 

Likewise, with a few exceptions noted below, most virtual permits issued from USF Tampa and USF St. Petersburg are valid at USF Sarasota-Manatee. 

USF Sarasota-Manatee permits valid at USF Tampa and USF St. Petersburg:

  1. Standard employee Annual and Semester permits are valid in lots designated "E". 

  2. "Reserved" employee Annual permits are valid in lots designated "E" and "GZ", except GZ9. Standard annual and permits issued from USF Sarasota-Manatee are not valid in any GZ lot.

  3. Student Annual and Semester permits are valid in lots designated “S.”  This also applies to residents of Atala Hall.

  4. Student Annual and Semester permits are valid in lots designated “S.”  This also applies to residents of Atala Hall.

USF Tampa and USF St. Pete permits that are not valid at USF Sarasota-Manatee:

  1. "Park & Ride" (Y). 

  2. "USF Alumni"

  3. "Friends of USF"

USF Sarasota-Manatee employees may park at New College of Florida with a printed version of their permit visible from the dashboard window. Request a printed version of your permit at sar-parking@usf.edu. Please provide 48-hr notice.
