Third Party Recruiting Guidelines

 

Staffing agencies or third party employers seeking to recruit with USF Sarasota-Manatee campus must adhere to NACE, state, and federal ethical and legal recruitment standards and principles. Please review the policy.

Use of Handshake (online job database) a. Third-party recruiters may have access to post jobs only b. Third-party employers may post positions to Handshake if:

  1. Client positions are posted under the client company's profile or the client name is disclosed.
    1. A position is internal to the third-party employer.
    2. Resumes and applications are used solely for the recruitment of the posting.
  2. Attendance at Job & Internship Fairs
    1. Third-party employers may attend job fairs, but must represent only one company per table/booth purchased for the event.
    2. Resumes and applications are used solely for the position being recruited for at the event.
