Out-of-State Tuition Waiver
The C.W. Bill Young Florida State Tuition Waiver Program waives out-of-state fees
for an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, United States
Reserve Forces, or the National Guard who physically reside within the state of Florida
while enrolled at any USF campus. It also waives any Dependent that uses GI Bill benefits
during that current term they are requesting the waiver. Dependents need to be physically

In Fall 2016, Active Duty members serving in a different state will be able to receive
the Out of State Waiver and pay for only in-residence fees.
